When your heat does not work try these 4 simple steps before calling us.
- Check your thermostat settings to make sure the room temperature is lower than the desired set temperature.
- If less than normal air flow, check to make sure the filter is clean.
- Newer furnaces have a flashing error code indicator. Locate the status chart, document the error code, turn the power off and then back on in 30 seconds to see if the furnace will re-set.
- For older furnaces, make sure pilot is lit.
